二、bx500丝网波纹填料酸雾净化塔工作原理:bx500丝网波纹填料处理塔是acidic废气净化的设备。在这种tower中,硫酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和盐酸等工艺操作过程中产生的acidic性gas通过引风机的动力进入高效filling tower,在filling tower上端喷头喷出absorption liquid均匀分布在filling material上。Gas and absorption liquid在filling material表面充分接触,由于filling material机械强度大耐腐蚀空隙率高表面积大的特点,gas and absorption liquid在filling material表面有较多接触面积和反应时间。经过反应后的gas含水后经除水装置去除水份后直接排放至大气中。
三 bx500丝网波纹填料产品技术简介:生产车间中的acidic废气经风罩收集再进入alkali液洗涤tower碱液洗涤tower采用两层布置并配置二级water bath装置,并在循环water池内加hydroxide sodium(简称alkali)以对抗废气中的acidicity,经过二级喷淋装置清洗后能保证达标排放。Tower body采用了两层布置并配置二级high-pressure water bath装置,经二级喷淋装置清洗后通过滤水系统,将clean gas达到标准外排。
